Webber fast, but nose not out of joint!

Photo: Mark Webber

There was no love lost in the Red Bull camp over the weekend!

After Vettels nose/front wing assy collapsed they (Red Bull management) gave the German driver the only updated front wing assy and made Webber run the old style assembly, to his disgust...  well the Aussie showed how detirmined he is by qualifying on the front row then serving it up to his German team mate at the start then dominating the race!! Not bad for a No.2 driver!! (as he let them know after the race!)

Webber had two races he wanted to win this year, Monaco and the British GP at Silverstone! He has won them both convincingly and put himself back in contention for this years Championship. He is just 17 points behind series leader Lewis Hamilton halfway through the season after a massive shunt in the previous race and a DNF. He was lucky to walk away from a destroyed racecar after 'flying thru the air and crashing into a tyre barrier at high speed.'

He is one very determined Aussie and still could win this years Championship? Just like Jack Brabham and Alan Jones before him!! He has the best car, is very focussed and will not let his German team mate get the better of him, it's going to be one hell of a fight for this years Championship
