Hall looks for support for 2010 NZRC campaign

Kierancrash1.jpg

Nelson’s Kieran Hall has announced a raffle to support the build of the new Hall Motorsport Subaru Impreza STI, offering three exciting prizes for those entering the draw.

Last year Hall was one of the top rookie drivers in the New Zealand Rally Championship, gaining outright podium finishes in two of the five rounds as was leading the rookie championship heading into the final round, Rally Nelson, which also doubled as Hall’s home rally.

Kieran was lucky to walk away from the destroyed Subaru

Unfortunately on the final stage of the opening day a small mistake on a fast piece of road was heavily punished, leaving Hall and co-driver Peter Hart lucky to walk away from their destroyed Southfuels Subaru.

The car was a total loss, but undeterred Hall has since purchased a new shape Subaru Impreza STI, but with the finances in the team already rather tight this is a huge undertaking. Although Hall is doing the majority of the work to build the car himself, he estimates the total build cost will still total around NZ$90,000.

But there is a way you can help the talented Nelsonian get back on the gravel for the 2010 season. Hall has set up a raffle with three prizes up for grabs. For just $250inc gst, the grand prize includes free advertising in a prominent position of the brand new rally car as well as your logo on the teams onboard camera footage for one round of the New Zealand Rally Championship which will guarantee you extra television coverage and 2 free ‘hot seat’ rides in the new car on gravel.

Second prize will also give someone free advertising in a prominent position of the new Subaru plus a ‘hot seat’ ride on gravel and third prize also wins a ‘hot seat’ ride on gravel.

All people that enter the raffle will have their name/company name sign written

on the team’s service truck and also posted on the teams website. Those who purchase four tickets also get their name/company name on the rally car.
